Welcome to Rosehill Cottage, a subtropical haven offering privacy, peace & tranquility.  Nestled on the banks of the pristine Noosa River is historic Rosehill Cottage; paradise found.    This luxury adult retreat combines the authentic charm of the past in a restored 1896 Colonial Cottage with a unique gateway to the pristine beaches and abundant wildlife of Noosa North Shore, Great Sandy National Park and Fraser Island.  A million miles from everywhere, yet only a 15 minute drive from world famous cosmopolitan Noosa Heads restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping.   Rosehill Cottage is the perfect romantic getaway, wedding ceremony venue or honeymoon retreat, with a touch of pioneer history.  Set in 12.5 acres of secluded riverfront parkland, the fully renovated yet timeless Queenslander reflects its vivid history including warm classic timber floors, French doors and wide verandahs. Rosehill is the perfect place for a bride and groom to hold a small, intimate wedding. The location is suitable for up to 20 guests, and gives the bride and bridesmaids exclusive use of the cottage prior to the ceremony. Special rates and terms apply to weddings. All arrangements for catering and wedding guest facilities must be made directly with a professional wedding planner/function organiser. Rosehill Cottage is for single occupancy only eg. One couple or a couple with their friends or family.

A walk through a tropical garden leads you to a crystal clear 20x8 metre resort-style swimming pool, private jetty and boat ramp onto the Noosa River. Whether you are swimming, kayaking, fishing, bushwalking or just relaxing on the property you are surrounded by nature. Century old trees dot the grounds and you are welcome to stroll through the shady orchard and handpick some delicious tree-ripened fruit to enjoy on your verandah. Maybe a hammock under the trees in summer is more your style.  At night come out and see the stars and nocturnal wildlife.  Fall asleep to the sounds of grazing kangaroos, green treefrogs, sugar gliders and the sound of the Pacific Ocean waves breaking on nearby Laguna Bay's 40 Mile Beach. Wake to the sounds of nature with someone special. Rosehill Cottage was recently restored in the uniquely Australian style to totally complement the environment. Whether you are bushwalking or just relaxing on the property you are surrounded by nature. The cottage offers the opportunity for romance, closeness and the best in intimate accommodation only minutes from renowned local and Noosa restaurants. The cottage is private and fully self contained with Egyptian cotton bed linen, bathrobes, slippers and towels provided.
