Rosehill Cottage

Rosehill is the original 1896 homestead of the settlers in the area, which is now known as The Great Sandy National Park.  Feel the pressures of everyday life slip away as you glide across the calm Noosa River to Rosehill Cottage.

Rosehill Cottage offers two plush bedrooms and is the ideal escape for couples and friends or families with children over 12 years.  The suites have private entrances and offer visitors a high standard of accommodation, with native bush views and a 100m stroll to the tranquil river edge.  Rooms have security fly screens, reverse cycle airconditioning, ceiling fans, queen size beds, quality Egyptian cotton bed linen, bathrobes and a selection of comfortable pillows.  Rosehill Cottage caters for only one booking at a time (maximum of 2 adult couples). Wedding parties, honeymoon couples as well as international tourists are amongst our valued clientele.
Exclusive occupancy is offered for one or two rooms as required, on a per night basis.  Please visit our "Accommodation Rates" page for specific tariffs for various times throughout the year. Rosehill Cottage is self catering with a well-equipped kitchen.  A visit to the local Farmers Market provides an abundance of fresh organic produce to prepare exotic meals or a simple relaxing BBQ on the verandah.  Alternatively you can dine at world class restaurants, cafes or relaxed local "pubs" which are all only minutes away.   Local providers can ensure that the Cottage is well stocked with all your favourite wines and food upon arrival.  Allowing you more time for valuable relaxation, adventure or touring the abundant waterways. Use of the adjacent property’s swimming pool is always available between 9.00am and 6.00pmdaily.  The resort style, free form pool is 20m x 8m and lane ropes are available for those wishing to exert themselves between episodes of divine relaxation.
